How to Get Around Finalborgo

The borgo is flat, walled and entirely walkable — it takes about ten minutes to cross — and is largely closed to traffic, with parking outside the gates.

Finale Ligure and its seafront are about a kilometre and a half away, a twenty-minute walk along a level road or a few minutes by frequent local bus. The railway station is down there rather than here.

For the crags, the trails and the caves you want a car or a bike. Shuttle services run for mountain bikers in season, and the climbing areas are spread through the valleys either side.

Buses along the coast road connect to the neighbouring Riviera towns, though the train from Finale Ligure is faster for anything further.
