The route includes Greek-Roman aqueduct and cistern spaces, medieval, Bourbon and modern tunnels, the scientific laboratory with the Arianna seismic station, the underground gardens and War Museum. The ticketed visit also includes a free visit to part of the Roman theatre embedded in later houses and the recently opened Summa Cavea fragment.
